Is there really a money-back guarantee on enterprise pilots?

Yes. We run a 30-day pilot in parallel with your existing AI calls. If the measured savings on your real traffic don't clear the monthly fee at the end of the pilot, you don't pay for the pilot or sign anything.

How do you decide which enterprise tier I belong on?

Tiers are scoped to your monthly AI inference spend, not to features. Starter for under $25K/mo, Growth for up to $75K, Scale up to $150K, and custom Enterprise terms above that. The MEMStorage fee is always a fraction of the inference cost it removes.

What does the Pro plan unlock vs. the free extension?

Free is 500 memory entries on a single device with ChatGPT + Claude. Pro removes the memory cap, adds every other AI provider (Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, etc.), syncs across devices, and gives you export/backup, smart clustering and priority support.

Are there per-query or per-token charges?

No. Every plan is a flat monthly fee. We don't bill on volume because then we'd be incentivized to route badly. Our incentive is to maximize your hit rate so the fee feels obvious.

Can I switch from Team to Enterprise without a re-onboarding?

Yes. Memory entries, integrations and admin controls migrate cleanly. Enterprise adds tenant isolation, optional on-prem deployment, SOC 2 documentation and a dedicated support contact.
